I used to work here and let me tell you, I have never seen such an unprofessional work environment. The cooks and waitresses take food off of customers plates and eat them before serving. The cooks smoke over the food, and don’t bother to take proper precautions. The waitresses are extremely rude (I was 16 at the time) and I quit my job because I was getting harassed and bullied by older female employees. This location needs to be shut down immediately. It is a safety hazard and it is not a great environment to eat at.

Tried to dine in, walking in at 6:00pm didn’t look super busy, no one greeted us, in fact a server looked right us and just walked away. Then 5 minutes went by, still no one even greeted us, or even acknowledged us.we did have 2 other servers look at us but not come up and talk to us. Honestly glad we didn’t say cause we saw a few customers with just drinks, so it probably would have taken forever to get food. But with no one talking to us for 10 minutes it’s good we left.

Ordered take out and it is missing items and the food was thrown in the containers. We spent 85 on food only to feed one person bc food was missing.

There were two separate instances the last two weeks where friends and I have been to this location and there was terrible service. The first time I was with two friends and we asked for an outdoor table after meeting with a hostess up front. We were sat and were outside for 30 minutes before we gave up and came back in. We went back up to the hostess desk and explained we had been outside and no one had some out to help us. They apologized, got us a new table and new server who was great and the manager gave us a discount. Seemed like an honest mistake. However, we went back the week after with a few more friends to use the discount they had given us for the bad service the previous week. The SAME thing happened where we were seated, this time inside, right on the other side of the hostess desk, and we were forgotten about. We went 45 minutes without service until we eventually went up to the food pickup counter and got someone to serve us. They explained no one wrote our table down in whoever’s section we were sat in. We ate $120 worth of food for six people and they took our discount of 2 $10 coupons from the week before and then only took off an extra $10 bucks and a few small items off the whole order to compensate us for the terrible service, even after they recognized us from the week before. Still ended up paying $90 for no service half the time we were there. We will not be back to this location ever again. Please keep in mind they were not packed or super busy either of the times we had bad service or were forgotten about.

I visited this resturant today 10/7/25 seat 362 for a dinner with my sister. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and had to wait even longer to order. Our server Oz was fantastic but the rest of the experience was terrible. The other workers are some of the most disruptive and roudy teenagers I have seen in a work setting. They were hanging out with friends that didn't work there, whipping each other with the towels that they wipe down tables with and even had non employees (they werent even in uniform if they are) in the kitchen. I also saw the cooks tossing cups across the kitchen at then through the window. Such disgusting activities. On top of all of this everyone was yelling and horsing around, making me feel more at a high school cafeteria than a dine-in establishment. My receipt didn't have a QR code to get into contact with corprate but I hope someone from HR sees this and tries to contact me. Shame to the managers.
