  Having dinner here now (11/8/25). Cannot seem to have a good time due to the temperature in this place must be in the low 60's, maybe lower. When we told them about it, it sounded like there was nothing they could do. Just wait until it's winter time! Very uncomfortable. It will be awhile before we come back. I wish I had brought a jacket. Food took over 45 minutes to get once the order was taken. Food was only luke warm when received. Atmosphere was only average at best considering how cold it was. We was one lady go out to her car and come back with a blanket.

  This may be the first time a place has gotten 1☆ across the board from me. The All-American smash burger was just a regular sloppy burger, with regular (very greasy) patties. The fries tasted like eggs. The cauliflower wings had all the seasoning dumped in one spot instead of all over, and the breading was very thick. The nachos were good but not enough topping for all of the chips. The salsa tasted like marinara. The TV was SO loud we couldn't have a conversation at all. We were never given utensils and we had to ask for napkins. Our drinks didn't get to the table until after the appetizer was half eaten. Got a refund on the burger and cauliflower. The wait for a table was long and the wait for our meal was really long, then it made me nauseated when I tried to eat it.

  Came in tonight I guess for the 1st time ever. Trust me it will be my last time also!! The service and all were fine but we all had separate checks and everything but when I got my own check and realized they had 18% gratuity just because you are with other people that is ridiculous!!! Some people don’t have money like that and maybe like tipping in cash but to be forced to tip just because you are with 5 other adults who are all paying their own checks!! That is completely unacceptable!! I can understand if it was on one check but not individual checks!! Juliana was an amazing server and I understand it was a game night so yea service was slow but this type of business is crap!! It’s not fair to the customer!! Yea I tip when I go out and was going to tip my server but being forced to like I was here I refuse to do business with them again!!!

  Not usually one to write reviews, but after today’s experience I felt it was necessary. I came in with a friend and our two toddlers. It took nearly 20 minutes after receiving our drinks for our waitress to come back and take our order. We then waited almost an hour for our food, and our appetizer never arrived. There was only about 4 other tables being served so they weren’t busy whatsoever. When the food finally came, both toddlers’ mac and cheese were cold in the middle, and the wings and chicken tenders were barely warm. We also didn’t have any utensils, and the extra sauce we ordered never came out. It took another 10 minutes just to get forks, spoons, and the sauce so we could eat. To top it off, when I told the hostess that the claw machine had taken money and was broken, she looked at me and then turned around to continue her conversation with another employee, completely ignoring me. Overall, a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

  Very Disappointing Service Walked into Buffalo Wild Wings and wasn’t greeted when we arrived. We stood around for about 5 minutes before letting someone know we were there. After being seated, no one came over to greet us, take our order, or even check in. Our server looked at us multiple times , at least four …but never approached our table. Another group came in after us and was immediately helped, which was frustrating to see. After waiting with no acknowledgment, we decided to just walk out. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service. I’m pretty sure it was a manager standing in the kitchen door way also giving eye contact and not coming over. This wasn’t a game day nor was the restaurant full. Will not be returning.
