Only one I've been to with out angry orchard on draft. You go to a place expecting the same at each place to be disappointed. Also no thousand island dressing. Othere than two of the reasons I went. Food was good but toom a bit
Let me start by saying that I avoided Buffalo Wild Wings Rome and drove to Gadsden because of poor food quality on consecutive visit and deliveries but was led to visit once again by friends who wanted to meet their for dinner and things were much better, my friend notice the manager and stated that she remembered him from the steakhouse down the road and that he was great, that manager was Falcon, on a pass though visit to the Gadsden location and through general conversation with the server she stated that the Rome manager had came over to their location and was great, so I pressured my daughter, who happens to be a very experienced, masterful server to apply for a position and she hired, upon her interview she was told things was great there except for one manager that they was working on by the lady that hired her, by the time she started to train she informed me that Falcon had been fired and I instructed her to just hang in there it must’ve been for a reason, about three hours later she informed me that she was leaving because the place was in total chaos, her trainer has had three tables walk out on her because of the kitchen and she couldn’t work under such unorganized situation, so we go in last night just to see how things were and I must give an honest review about our visit, the server was great, the bartender Jenna was excellent as usual, which I think was a great move to put her back there, but the kitchen was bad once again, food cold and dry like the pre Falcon era, and I’m not a personal friend of Falcon and I never had any dealings with him outside that establishment but I can’t help but feel like he got a raw deal, I guess that’s how subordinates work on their boss, like I told your server, Falcon may have spoken aggressively so the customer wouldn’t have to because we’re the one’s that makes the business successful, so I’ll be returning to the Gadsden location for now on

I placed the online order and it stated that my order will be ready at 12:20 I came to the building at 12:21 did not receive my food until 1233. Nobody greeted me a lady that was working the takeout she didn’t even acknowledge me. She helped two other people and apologize to them did not apologize to me I asked for ketchup she gave me two packets. She was very rude not friendly at all The other dude that was waiting states that he has to wait always and has to go look for someone to help him, My you she did not apologize to him either not saying that she’s racist but the only person that she apologize to was the was white man.
I had a really good experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The service was great—everyone was friendly and made sure I got what I needed. The place was clean and had a nice vibe. I ordered a burger, and it was really good—fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The only small thing was I asked for no pickles, but they added them anyway. Still, everything else was great, so I’m giving it 5 stars and would definitely come back!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Our visit started with overhearing the manager receiving a two-week notice from an employee right behind our booth. The manager joked, “She got pregnant so tip money isn’t enough, now he needs Coca Cola money,” and then laughed about how worried the employee was about passing a piss test for his new job.
Shortly after, we overheard two servers nearby almost in tears because the manager doesn’t help them at all. Then, a hostile, overserved customer at the bar got up in front of the restaurant, yelling loud enough to wake my one-year-old about how ridiculous it was that no one was helping the bartender. The manager escorted him outside but then allowed him back in, where he continued creating issues at the bar.
At this point, we noticed five tables leaving without getting their food and overheard the table beside us say they had been waiting over two hours. Despite all of this chaos, Madison, our server, was the only reason we stayed. She continued checking on us, even though my beers were taking far too long.
It was clear the employees were more concerned about being yelled at by the manager at the end of the night, when the biggest issue was the manager himself. We will not be returning to this location. .
