  I ordered take out on the app and they forgot our drink and our chicken strips, as well as gave us the wrong dessert. Moana was lovely however and was doing an amazing job dealing with all of the door dashers

  The worst service I've ever had at a bar. Extremely rude bartender name Brianna was not only slow, but extremely rude. She was cursing at us and made everybody in the general area extremely uncomfortable. So much so that other patrons asked us if they wanted us to talk to the manager for the treatment we received. We waited 2 hours for cheeseburgers and 20 minutes for drink refills. Once the burgers came they were so cold the cheese was cracking. Stay away from this place, it's not worth the stress when you're just trying to relax

  I live nearby and absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is something else. I've been here a bunch now and every time I wish I hadn't. They NEVER have anyone standing at the front as a host to sit people as they come in. People will stand there forever to even by noticed by anyone. I've given up, so I just walk right in and to the high tops and seat myself. Then, they take forever to give you menus, your drinks and your order. It of course seems they could be understaffed, but they are never that busy. And I'm here right now and see 4 waiters which is enough for the amount of people here. It just took 20+ minutes to get my drink. And when the waitress brought it out it was the wrong drink. And when I waited even longer for my drink I actually ordered, it finally came and it's disgusting. Slow service. No host. No one's friendly. Lack of care and competence. STAY AWAY.

  Excellent service even on busier nights. I ordered pickup. First thing, they actually answered the phone. Placing my order was easy. There was no wait for pickup. The food was on time and was hot and fresh when I arrived. Server confirmed my order before handing it to me. Server gave me extra sauces as well as a sample of a new sauce they have. I asked about allergy information for the new sauce and the server was able to confirm that there were no allergens in the sauce. He says another team member has the same food allergies I have and enjoyed the sauce. Also Server did not forget napkins or utensils and celery and carrots were fresh.
