  I came inside and sat down to order wings to go. Man I wasn’t going to leave a review until I opened up the food I bought to go. They gave me these soggy & super sloppy cardboard containers (when I know they have plastic). Also, the bartender (with the dark blackish hair) just wasn’t really inviting or welcoming to me at all, which I understand that everyone has bad days sometimes but this was my experience. Altogether Im very upset about these extra sloppy & soggy wings/wing containers, it just looks like they dont care whatsoever about the food they sold me. Which in reality they dont care because they’re not the ones eating it.

  BEWARE they might tip themselves if you leave the tip amount unmarked. I was overcharged almost double my order amount. I have called 3 times now and even left my number for the manager and have yet to hear about a refund on my order. This is beyond ridiculous as my order was on 9/8/2025 and I called the day after to get this issue fixed.

  If you're looking for amazing service with a side of wow, then you need to ask for Lindsie . From the moment she walked up to our table, she brought the perfect blend of charm, confidence, and total professionalism — not to mention she’s absolutely stunning. Lindsie knows how to work a room, handle a crowd, and keep every drink filled without missing a beat. She was quick with the recommendations (all spot-on), had a killer smile that lit up the place, and managed to keep the vibe friendly, flirty, and totally on point. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail — from remembering our names to making sure we had everything we needed before we even asked. Bottom line: Lindsie isn’t just serving — she’s slaying. 10/10 would come back just for her. 🔥

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Coldwater, Michigan. My order was prepared incorrectly not once, but three separate times before it was finally corrected. This shows a clear breakdown in communication between the wait staff and the kitchen. While mistakes can happen, the repeated errors and lack of attention to detail reflected poorly on both the service and overall management of this location. As a customer, I expect accuracy and professionalism, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet even the most basic standards.
