  The kitchen was backed up, the wait time for food was too long, and everything came out wrong even though our server repeated everything back to us perfectly. Our server, Makayla , was fantastic, though. She was pleasant and apologized on their behalf, even though it wasn’t her fault. She was friendly and attentive to us and all of her tables. I have been to this location several times and have noticed that the managers are horrible to the staff. They don’t treat them with respect or kindness.

  Visited at 10:42 AM on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. The doors were locked, and I was unable to dine in. Not sure if the posted hours need to be updated, but it came across as unprofessional for a location to be closed during listed operating hours.

  SEAN! SEAN TIPPED HIMSELF ON BOTH MY HUSBAND AND MY BROTHER IN LAWS CARDS AFTER HE APPROACHED US ASKING WHY WE DIDNT LEAVE A TIP his service was bad! he threw straws at us and had cold food and was just very rude! they won’t tell me if he’s going to get fired or not but that was unacceptable. do not pay with card here.

  I have never had to try to get out of paying for anything nor will I ever and that’s because I work hard on the daily and occasionally go out to relax and enjoy a hot meal. I went here last night. Unfortunately when I had to make a request on a tray of wings a manager came back and basically told us to deal with them and eat them cold. He walked off and left us confused. We were not about to continue to pretend to enjoy something so un appetizing. We made this known and quickly heard this poor example of a manager tell us we were just trying to get out of paying. Excuse you, I don’t need to try and get out of paying anything nor will I ever have to. That’s thanks to my daily hard work and dedication. We boxed up our cold food ordered a check and left. Lost our appetite and weren’t able to order the desert we had in mind. Send that guy back to training.

  Food, traditional wings good. Good onion rings and cheese curd bites. But service hap-hazard. Slow. Order took way too long. Almost 30 minutes more than what estimated time for pick up. The kitchen was overwhelmed. I know busy. But expected every football night. Not like it only happens once.
