  I realize that I came during their BOGO night, however, it was absolutely absurd. I eat and drink the same thing every time and it goes in as one order. Drink order was incorrect and took too long to correct. At this point I started paying attention to the time. 45 plus minutes after that, I was still waiting for food while others around me sat, ate, and left during that time. When the food finally arrived to the table I then asked for it to go, had to pack it myself, but the wings appeared to be correct. By the time I got home and had a bite, I realized it was not the correct order. On the bright side, I even paid in full, how wonderful is that?

  Service is terrible. Waited to be greeted by the host who told me he would go clean a table for me. I was a party of one. Well he disappeared for 6 minutes only to come back and tell me that he would have to take my name and I would need to wait 10 mins for an open table. They clearly have a lack of training here. Avoid unless you’re willing to put up with poor service

  How does a massive chain like BWW have such expensive wings? I ordered the appetizer sample and two of four thing were cold, and two were fryer hot. If I had to guess it was wings sitting on a plate waiting for other stuff in the fryer. No consistency in the food but the service was nice.

  The kitchen was backed up, the wait time for food was too long, and everything came out wrong even though our server repeated everything back to us perfectly. Our server, Makayla , was fantastic, though. She was pleasant and apologized on their behalf, even though it wasn’t her fault. She was friendly and attentive to us and all of her tables. I have been to this location several times and have noticed that the managers are horrible to the staff. They don’t treat them with respect or kindness.

  I have never had to try to get out of paying for anything nor will I ever and that’s because I work hard on the daily and occasionally go out to relax and enjoy a hot meal. I went here last night. Unfortunately when I had to make a request on a tray of wings a manager came back and basically told us to deal with them and eat them cold. He walked off and left us confused. We were not about to continue to pretend to enjoy something so un appetizing. We made this known and quickly heard this poor example of a manager tell us we were just trying to get out of paying. Excuse you, I don’t need to try and get out of paying anything nor will I ever have to. That’s thanks to my daily hard work and dedication. We boxed up our cold food ordered a check and left. Lost our appetite and weren’t able to order the desert we had in mind. Send that guy back to training.
