  I can count on one hand how many times i have written into a company to day anything cause i honestly have better things to do with my life. The other night me and my wife came here to eat. This location had always failed in some service aspect but hey I belive places can change. We came and it was a little after 6pm. The place was empty but there was plenty of staff everywhere so I figured this will be easy. We get seated and they say our waitress will be with us in a minute. Almost 15 minutes later we see about 8 waitresses standing around the drink area laughing and having a good time so I ask a waitress near us to please go find our waitress cause we been sitting there for about 15 minutes and no one has come by. Finally someone comes and takes our order. We ordered an appetizer and out meals in one go. They bring us drinks and my mountain dew is out of syrup but I have had worse so I honestly just let it go. They bring us our appetizer and my wife's food at the same time but not mine. My wife's ask for new fries cause hers are clearly old, brown, and cold. They came back again and brought her fresh fries. Im just waiting now cause I want to see how long it will take them to notice I have no food in front of me in an empty restaurant. Our waiter comes back a while later now that my wife is done eating and I asked them how much longer my food will be and he says just a few more minutes and goes to the back. A few minutes later be brings my over fried still sizzling wings and what looks like the same old cold fries my wife sent back a while ago. By now I honestly dont care, im hungry and just want to eat and leave. Now im sure you here "I use to work in the food industry " or " I ran a restaurant one time" and to be real no one cares. At least I dont care when my customers tell me that cause I run a restaurant and still had my work cloths on with my company's logo on it. When a customer says their food is cold but there is clearly steam comming off it by all means they can go kick rocks. But if there is an issue and I determine its real I am all for how can we help make it better. But fo so many things to go wrong with a single order on a day the place is empty is beyond me. Idk ifnit was racial or if they thought we were some of those pathetic college kids they come in or what but I was actually impressed with my much went wrong at once. Like you have to try to mess that much stuff up. If you need more info please feel free to reach out. And please try to do something about that place. Its easy to make money there if you just tweak it.

  Laurie is amazing. I had an issue with a food order that was late night and Laurie was over the top hospitable to make sure everything got straightened out. Thank you!

  The boss as well as Robert helped me through technical difficulties. The food is always hot & delicious. Bar is stocked, staff is kind, and incredibly helpful. Truly 5 star customer service, 6 star bar, and 7 star food. Highly recomend this location ☺️

  Surprisingly disappointed, I have been on this place a few times, and today I decided to take advantage of the pick 6 for two meal, they did not only mixed up a flavor, but when the order arrived home it was incomplete, when I called and asked what happened they claimed that they realized the dasher left the other bag there but there was nothing to be done except for me to pick up the other bag… So, I basically paid double for the delivery option but when a mistake is made I have to go and pick up the rest? Other than that the wings were very dry and didn’t taste good, one of the drinks was not the one we ordered and was really flat. Just a disappointing experience we ended up still hungry and with $30+ less on our pockets.

  Came here tonight 9/18 for a friends birthday. Taylor is one of the worst servers we’ve ever had! All the food had been left on the hot plate for so long it was crunchy and dried out. The bacon cheese fries had cheese slices thrown on top and left to dry out under the hot plate. Our friend whose birthday it was never even got his food and had to pick off everyone else’s plates. The food was almost inedible because of how dry it was. Taylor never came over to check on our table, never refilled any of our drinks, and only came over to ask if we were done and to bring the check. When we told her that our friend never got his food she gave us attitude and asked what he ordered and asked if he wanted it to go or to just be taken off the order. We will not be returning to this location, it’s been poorly ran for years and today was the breaking point of our group never coming back because of how horrible this experience was!
