  Went in yesterday and usually don’t have an issue. However I ordered 10 wings, they bring me 8… don’t know how they can’t count to 10 but ok. Then they proceed to charge me for the whole order of 10 wings and offer me a “free 6 wing card”. Personally I found that to be rude and inconsiderate. Will not be eating here again.

  I typically don't get a chance to go to Buffalo wild wings that often but my Detroit Lions were playing the Cincinnati Bengals at Cincinnati and I don't have cable and my wife's in the hospital so gave me a chance to say okay instead of sitting up watching it on my phone ESPN mobile app seeing the little ball go back and forward I decided to go I'm glad I did The young man that was my waiter along with the manager and African American woman about 45 years old both top shelf excellent customer service friendly with a smile that was confusion on my order I had a beer and I was there during the happy hour specials and it was my fault I misread the menu and because of the confusion she ended up honoring the happy hour special for the food item that I wanted even though that food item didn't fall on the the happy hour time she actually said I'm going to take care of it for you just pay for your beverage Big kudos out to the location on PD in Fitchburg Wisconsin you'll definitely be seeing me again Great job to both of you all I think her name was Keisha

  I went here before work today to grab a 10 piece of wings I don’t know it’s a cruel joke but I asked for hot bbq and got BLAZIN instead! I asked for them to be extra extra extra wet and this is what I got(see pictures). Then When I called the manager acts like he has the attitude and yes offered a refund but with an attitude! How are you mad you staff didn’t get my order right then saying I should’ve checked before leaving even if I did except the wings not ex ex ex wet why did it get BLAZING instead of HOT BBQ! Then he tells me he look at them and they were fine to his liking! Well I’m a paying customer I’m not you! And there is no way you think these orange reddish wings are hot bbq! I’m not going to get the refund I can’t come back to that side of town and I paid with cash as well so that’s that! I definitely can’t eat those extra extra extra hot wings! Those are no where near HOT BBQ

  I like the wings but we have gotten incomplete orders multiple times for take out. Tonight we ordered 30 wings with 4 sauces and half of the wings had no seasoning on them. We ordered large size of wedges but the amount they gave is didn’t even cover the bottom of the box. They could have put the wedges in a box 1/4 of the box size they gave us. There needs to be someone checking on the food bf it gets boxed up.
