When I came in it was extremely busy, however, Sydney was amazing and had the best service and went above and beyond for us and the other tables she was hosting making sure everyone got what they needed.

Never got our food ! Waited 45 min for 10 wings and fires , the people behind us got their food and their corrected order as well ! Tons of staff walking around and no one approached us until we called two different people over ! Obviously it was racism at its finest ! Never AGAIN!

Hostess was rude and unprofessional, the greeting was bare minimum on a day that the restitution itself wasnt even busy. Servers side eyed the group that I was woth while we were waiting to be sat. Our order came out incorrectly, and our server didnt check on our table for a minimum of 15 minutes after our poorly made food was brought out. Our tabled asked for boxes, hinting at the fact that we were in fact ready for the bill, however we proceeded to wait for another 10-15 minutes before our server who was too preoccupied with gossiping at the host stand, came back. no refills on drinks were offered. Overall this experience has been sub par. if staff is expected to make a living off of tips customer service should be prioritized, or at least offer the bare minimum service. on a day that the restaurant is not packed there is no excuse for this service, besides laziness, lack of work ethic, and an expectation of a tip regardless how poor the service was. it would be one thing if it was a busy day, however the previous times i have been to this location, the same issues have been occurring. staff needs to be properly trained on just simply how to act in a social environment. this experience has been disappointing to say the least, especially considering i have NEVER ran into these issues at any other location, or any other restaurant chain.
