  Was overcharged for my families meal, the total bill was $82.16 but was charged $102.83, no tip was added to the receipt, we tipped $10 in cash. Returned to ask why I was overcharged, was told the GM (General Manager) wasn't there at the moment, they took my information, claimed it was a "disparity" and said the GM would be contacting me. Never received a phone call, will never eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.

  Chocolate Fudge Cake, cookie, all American burger, grilled cheese, cheese curds were all delicious. Bacon-smashed hatch chili burger had virtually no toppings or sauce, and was near flavorless. Boneless wings were dry and overcooked, mostly bread with little meat inside. Side of veggies (celery and carrots) were not fresh. Discolored, wilted, soft to the touch from sitting in moisture for a prolonged period.

  On September 27, 2025, management at the Alabaster, AL Buffalo Wild Wings displayed gross negligence in handling a situation with a teenager. Instead of seeking out the many adults present or resolving the matter calmly, management escalated it to the point of causing severe and unnecessary trauma for the teen, his teammates, and their families. This location failed to show basic judgment or care, and their actions have left a lasting negative impact on the community. Buffalo Wild Wings should be held accountable for such reckless management practices.

  Unbelievable experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff actually called the police on a teenager without ever notifying the adults who were there with him. Instead of handling the situation with basic communication and professionalism, they escalated it to the point where a child was arrested. This was completely out of line, irresponsible, and shows a shocking lack of judgment. I won’t be back, and I’d caution others about how poorly this location treats its customers.

  While prices are going up, food quality is going down. "Boneless wings" in the Ultimate Sampler were size of small grapes (or even smaller). They supposed to be tossed in Parmasian Garlic sauce, but instead they just smudged drop of sauce on the plate. Beer cheese was cold. "Loaded" nachos were probably the most disgusting I ever tasted. Dry, loaded with literally nothing. Drip of nacho cheese, 4 dry droplets of chicken (tasted like from a can), table spoon of sour cream.... 2lb of chips, $.25 of the "loaded part". How can you screw up loaded nachos? Well, ask cooks in Alabaster BWW.
