Waited 15 minutes to get a table. Even though it wasn’t busy at all. Then one of the staff finally came and told me it was a 15 minute wait. I left immediately.

We waited 10 mins before even being acknowledged by staff, another family was on the wait list prior to us. Finally we were approached by a hostess to then be told we had another 15 minute wait, it was 3:00 in the afternoon, the restaurant was not busy at all. Staff wandered around, bartender looked over at us several times but was more worried about doing dishes. In the 15 mins we were told it would take to get a seat we drove across the street to a far busier restaurant and had drinks in front us. If you want wings just goto Applebee’s!

So me and my family walk in there Saturday evening around 6 o’clock there’s empty tables everywhere and they tell me it’s gonna be 20 minutes before they can see me and I ask him why and could not get a decent response from the person working just it’ll be 20 minutes. Snotty to me so it’s gonna be a long long time before I walk into this restaurant plus after I left, I heard people bitching about their food, not being that good so he makes it more interesting of what’s happening in this restaurant starts with management and works its way down.

Bartender seemed annoyed, when i complained about bar service and food quality empty glass of beer for 20 min. Shes our best . When you spend $42 for their largest wing order, do you want the entire wing covered with sauce? I don’t think it’s too much to ask. It was dry , very dry.
They were too quick to add the surcharge button for an extra thing of sauce. Hey, how about putting the correct amount of sauce on the wing in the first place and I wouldn’t have to ask. This is the most pathetic excuse for Service. I think I’ve seen in a long time. Going to make excuses for their kitchen and bartenders attitude. I was planning on spending close to $75 plus a tip. Ended up walking out with just the cost of a beer I sent everything they brought out back. No excuse for poor service.

Plenty of tables open, but had a 25 minute wait to get seated for a family of 4, which would have been understandable if it was understaffed. However, seeing 4 servers hanging out sipping drinks and chatting in the fully visible "break area" (aka POS/fountain drinks) would indicate that it is not a staffing issue -- it's lack of management. More break time than work time... sign me up!
