  Okay, somebody tell Buffalo Wild Wings to protect Samantha at all costs 😍 She’s got the smile, the service, and the energy that makes the whole place better. Drinks stayed full, wings were perfect, and her vibe was top-tier. If great service had a face, it’d be hers!

  Samantha deserves a raise! She kept the wings hot, the drinks cold, and the good vibes rolling. We didn’t have to ask for a thing — it’s like she read our minds! If Buffalo Wild Wings had an MVP award, she’d win it every shift. 👏🔥

  Samantha was awesome! She greeted us with a smile, kept our drinks full, and made the whole experience super chill and fun. The service was quick, and she made sure we had everything we needed without even asking. You can tell she really loves what she does. Buffalo Wild Wings needs more servers like her!

  This was one of the most absolute terrible experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us and then watched as another table came in and was immediately waited on. We then waited an hour for our food and watched as the table that came in 20 minutes after us got their food, ate it, and left all before we ever got ours. Our server never came to check on us this entire time. A new waitress came to us and said our waitress had left and transferred the table without her knowing. She brings our food and everything is cold and hard as a rock. My husband and I just eat and try to get out of there. We left a 5 dollar tip despite the terrible experience and then get a message from the bank asking if we meant to leave a 15 dollar tip. No we did not. So after all of that time there and all the stuff we dealt with the server goes and decides to add 10 dollars to the tip. We will never be back.

  I brought my family from Florida for the third time in six months, And still, we received the most unprofessional atmosphere, and absolutely no service. First thing we walk in and noticed frustrated people everywhere not being served. Four of the servers was hiding in the square booth in the front, laughing on their phones. It is the worst treatment, my family ever experienced from any restaurant and I am livid that nothing is changing. We are done with Buffalo wild wings.
