hi i had ordered wings and me and my bf come here literally religiously and we love their wings but i dont eat bone in wings so we usually do boneless. I realize we got the wrong wings, we did not order mild wings but thats what we got. I had told the manager Tyson that it was a total mistake and right when we checked in the car i realized and asked for by chance if we could get a refund or if we could replace them. On the phone he was like No theres nothing i can do for you and was pretty rude ab it. Wrong flavor and wrong type of wing. i work in the food industry and i understand but I also understand how important it is to just be kind. He said since its an online i cant do nothing for you, we also didnt order thru a 3rd party we ordered with bdubs anyways love ur boneless wings just sad about the service or outcome

Had a really bad experience the waitress was mean and refused to give me a new drink with a clean cup because originally my cup was really dirty then when they brought out the plates and silverware they were all dirty we called over a manager and nicely expressed our complains and he gave us attitude about it overall really bad experience I am very disappointed

I went for dinner and they remade my boneless wings so I appreciate them fixing my order. Overall I'll be back to try Happy hour specials Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm
