WARNING!, do not go on a Sunday unless you are just wanting to drink and watch football games and have all the time on your hands to receive food. My wife and I made that mistake last Sunday going there for lunch. Having worked in restaurants years ago, it was clear the wait staff did not have assigned sections to take care of. We watch the servers bounce from one side of the restaurant to the other. When we were shown our table, I think it was just luck that a server passed by and asked.."Have you been helped yet?" He had no idea how long we were there, but we had just sat down and knew what we wanted, so we ordered. Seeing it was busy, we knew it was going to take awhile and it did. When the girl brought our food to the table (not the one who took our order) I asked if we could get extra wing sauce, and she said "Sure". She never returned. We were hungry so we just started eating, but the wings were STONE COLD. No telling how long they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone to bring it to us. We said the heck with it, as it would be too long to ask to have them heated up. My wife also ordered a salad, but no fork was provided. Again we tried to catch any server working there but to no avail. I went looking for one at a nearby server station, but did not see any. Finally a server started cleaning the table next to us and I asked if we could get a fork. In a disgusting and bothered way, he said.."Give me a minute". We waited for a few minutes and still no fork. Another gentleman with an earpiece (possibly a supervisor) passed by and I asked the same question. He said sure, and disappeared. A minute later the first guy returned with the fork and said "here you go" and jetted off. After we had finished eating, the guy who initially took our order finally returned and asked.. How was everything? I just said we are ready for the check and got out of there. Clearly this place is under staffed, and poorly managed. It will be a long time before we return again, and definitely not on a weekend.

Store closes at midnight. We ordered food at 11:20p. Manager came by at 11:30p for last call for alcohol. Then manager came by at 12:03p and told us we have to finish our drinks or she has to take them. We still had not received our food. Pointed that out to her and she's stated that its CA law that there cannot be alcohol on the bar top. That is not CA law. Alcohol sales stop at a certain point, but consumption does not stop the same time as sales. Poorly run establishment, because of managers like this. Bartender was great, manager could be retrained on guest service & CA law. Manager took & dumped alcohol from guests.
Edit to add: we were 2 of 7 people at the bar top. I understand we went in late, but food should not have taken 40+ min. Manager seemed like she just wanted to go home. Understandable & we probably would have left by midnight if we got our food in a timely manner. We closed out & left once the manager told us we had to chug our drinks. Lost money on food/sales & we obviously won't be returning to any BWW. Please train your managers on alcohol sales & consumption properly. And if you're going to create your own rules, at least tell us at last call that drinks must be finished by close.

Staff is really good for the chisme, taking between them before taking care of the customers. Dirty tables and not organized crew in the lobby. Lots of open tables and lots of people waiting to be seated.

If I could give 0 I would. Very poor service at At the bar, ordered the triple bacon burger waited 35 minutes for a to go order got home the bacon was burnt to a crisp, it was actually a double burger, fries were horrible. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be disappointed waste your time & money. Needs management very badly… with no direction this is what you will get every time. It’s not just me read the reviews… very sad

I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this time I feel I have to share what happened. I’ll keep it short: my daughters and I went to this restaurant around 4–5 p.m. on September 15. The place was nearly empty. From the start, the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood and rushed me through the ordering process—like that feeling you get when you are at a gas station paying for fuel. She wasn’t really paying attention and made me feel like I was bothering her. I ordered boneless wings, as I always do, but she brought me regular wings instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she replied, “Oh, that’s not what I heard.” She then goes back and brings me the SPACIEST boneless wings on their menu. They were so hot I couldn’t eat them to the point I started crying. I took them home just for my partner to confirmed they were way too spicy to be edible.
Now, the question is—did she tell the cook to make them that way on purpose? Or is it possible the cook just made them that spicy “by mistake”? I don’t know—and to be honest, I don’t care anymore.
While we were there, my daughters were practicing their Spanish. Could it be that the waitress didn’t like that? In today’s political climate, you never really know.
All I can say is this: This is my honest review of how I felt and how I wasted my money at this place with food I was not able to enjoy. I should have just listened to my daughters and gone to eat at Chuck E. Cheese instead, that probably would have been cheaper and more edible.
