  The traditional wings are delicious. Tried the Honey Garlic sauce and it was really good.

  Ordered take out at 5:00 PM to pickup at 7:00. Girlfriend went to pick up food, let them know she was there at 6:50. Just two normal orders of wings and fries. It is now nearly 8:00 and that food still is not out yet and nobody has given a single update—8:00! Gotta do better. Ordered two hours in advance. And I can’t even call to tear into some poor manager because they don’t pick up the phone.

  My poor server was doing her best, so this is NOT her fault. She should not have been so clearly overburdened (she was running back and forth non-stop. Again, NOT her fault) that I was waiting almost 30 minutes just for a to-go box. To make matters worse, I got up to go ask for one at the bar, and one of the bussers immediately came behind me and threw my leftover food away. Y'all owe me 5 wings and two mozzarella sticks. I paid $35 to have my leftovers thrown away.

  I placed an order which said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I arrived on time and waited for an additional 30 minutes. They then told me they had yet to start my order and it would be at least an additional 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and they told me it would up to a week before it was distributed. It was also extremely hot inside the restaurant. I will not be back.

  Absolute worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, waited an hour and a half for my food, sat in the lobby and was ignored and went unnoticed by team member for 45 minutes. Ordered online hoping to get a quick snack while writing a paper and ended up not being able to finish my paper because of how long it took. Pickup on app said 9:10, didn’t walk out until 10:30. Horrible. I filled out a form through their website as I hate leaving bad reviews but I haven’t heard anything in a week now. I love going here with friends to watch games but we might have to find a new spot.
