  Well decided to watch college football at this location today me and the wife it was a absolute let down Service and Food was the main issue Service was just bad waited forever just for anyone to come over as or server the manager came and apologized Twice for the wait but I would figure the second time why not at least put in a drink order for us long story short food came out wings were cold we ordered the queso dip and chips it was the saddest little bowl of dip even added the chili had a mountain of chips leftover probably won’t come back

  Horrible experience here. Waited 1hr for food and only one item out of 4 came out. Horrible service. I have not been here for years for the same reason and it’s good to know that I should not come back again

  Nobody was here to greet us . We waited to be even acknowledged around 10 minutes later with no Line . Eventually within the 10 minutes later the line got bigger! He was rude to seat us without asking if we wanted a booth. Than was upset to give us a booth. Also only had one sever to 10 tables . Very slow server .

  Arrived at 11:50 PM and left just 20 minutes later because we were not seated. Only because they had multiple tables dirty We should have left since we walked in the place looked and smelled bad. However, we went to Wingstop afterward, where the customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

  Update to below, I received a call from this location today (October 2) and the woman I spoke to issued a chargeback for the amount spent on the dessert item I didn't receive on the 28th Came in today (September 28) around 12:45pm to get some lunch, received all items except for the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream (waited approximately 20 minutes but this item never showed up) but was charged for that item...
