  Really bad services stood for 10 minutes to be seated a and the place was empty if the service was like that i cant imagine the food you probably need to order 24 hours in advance its ridiculous

  I ordered the BBQ boneless wings, and they were nasty 🤮. I waited in the to-go area for about 20 minutes while managers and employees walked past without acknowledging me or another customer who was also waiting. The lady in front of me placed a large order, and instead of checking to see what we needed, they just kept staring — and the restaurant was practically empty. When I finally said I was waiting for a to-go order, they acted annoyed. Terrible service.

  BUGS ON THE WALL! the food was good. they didn’t have the bread for the first sandwich ordered but the one i ended up getting wasn’t bad. the server was super friendly and sweet. as we were eating, a cockroach started to climb up the wall next to my husband and almost got on him. the manager came over and said “i’ll call my guy out tomorrow.” didn’t apologize for the rodent on the wall next to us while eating. extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the management staff and cleanliness of this establishment.

  We waited about an hour for our food. Mind you, we were just two and ordered regular boneless wings, one large fry, and mozzarella sticks- so nothing crazy. It should not have taken that long and we were strongly considering just canceling our order. The waiter said that they were backed up with the to go orders. I get being busy but we are customers that are already there, the priority should be those that are dining in. If the kitchen cannot handle dine in and to go, then close one. It’s ridiculous. And on top pf that when the food came the mozzarella sticks tasted like if they had been sitting for a while. You can’t have bad food and bad service. Only eat here if you have hours and money to waste.
