  The General manager Skylar Peter's, at this location on Dowlen is awesome. Mr Skylar Peter's was very helpful and knowledgeable and courteous. He knows about the Company and is very accurate and fast. Mr Skylar is an asset to this Company and will definitely thrive. He is patient and kind and knows his information. Me and my family and extended family will be back, because of the remarkable experience he provided. He gets ten stars 🌟and more. Mr Skylar exceeded way more of his duties and more. He gets in their and helps and doesn't hesitate....

  Ordered the BOGO half off wing special, for two, with different sauces, not for sharing and fries. The wings were brought out on one plate, all looking identical. We asked the server (not our waitress) how were we to tell them apart, and she proceeds to indicate a color difference, yet they looked exactly the same. We asked for them to be separated, so I guess they were brought to the back and did just that. They were returned, but the carrots and celery were now omitted, but brought out once made aware. One wing order appeared to have mixed pieces, the other had ONLY flats, which are fairly small for a meal of 10. When we inquired about this, we were told we'd have to specify mixed pieces and that you don't necessarily get 5 of each. By now, the food and fries were cold, but tasted "okay." We saw our server infrequently, there were bones and spilled liquid beneath our table that we didn't even bother mentioning, and the floor was super sticky. Less pleasant experience overall. We visited about a month ago and it was great all around. This experience, not so much. 😒

  Food was excellent but the service is really worst the lady serving there doesn’t really care about the customers. she didn’t even check the items on my order just gave it with out drinks and then when I asked for the drinks doesn’t bother to give me straws and when I asked for a holder she said they ran out. Finally the drinks that are given one was a wrong drink. Food was absolutely great but the only thing disappointing was the service.

  The service from our waitress was Great. The food and drinks were excellent. Now the lady that dropped the food off was not inviting, courteous, pleasing. When she arrived to the table to drop the food off she did not say anything.Nothing about what she putting down. I said Thank you and she said nothing. She literally just put the tray down and walked off. No hello how are y'all, no here is your order, no please enjoy, no thank you for your order etc . Customer service is big in establishments. This is what keeps people coming back. People need to love what they do or pretend for the pay check.
