  Came a couple weeks ago on a Friday evening roughly about 10 or close to it Decided to change it up sit at the bar area. It seemed like the bar tender Lindsey didn’t want to be bothered by customers! Seemed as if I was be a burden by coming in for something to simple to eat at that time of night. Her whole attitude and demeanor was way unprofessional!!!! Ordered the cheese curds including the bacon patty melt food came out ICE ICE COLD. Asked if the kitchen can make it all again given the issue on hand she proceed to roll her eyes as she was in disgust!!! Now I know why a lot of these comments about this place is 97% about HER!!!! Such a shame if she hates it so much then I would suggest her going elsewhere or upper management having a talk with her. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE RUNIED MY NIGHT!!!!

  I placed an order online to pick up at 5:30 and when I arrived I was not ready, they made me wait a long time, they did not give me my drinks, and the fries are very dry and hard.

  Took them 20 minutes to sit us down, they finally do just for us to be ignored for another 15 minutes with no one taking our order or even give us drinks so we just walked out. No thank you, y’all have fun with garbage service.

  Under staffed and no manager in sight to deal with any food issues. Food was left in the kitchen and was served to us cold. Had to chase down another staff member to get it fixed. Do Not go here if there is even half a dinning room full.

  Placed an order and my husband had to wait longer than what was expected because they said they were waiting on our potato wedges. They give him the order, he gets home and the potato wedges aren't even in the bag. Called just for a redund and was left on hold and had to call from my husband's phone while I was still on hold on mine. 12 minute hold btw.
