Came on a Saturday and restaurant wasn’t even operating at half capacity with the waiting area full. My husband asked if they were short-staffed and they replied that servers were just taking their break? At the same time apparently. We waited for over 30 minutes and there was no sense of urgency for the issue.

They forgot what we ordered, then still charged full price despite having to take it to go after reminding the waiter of our order. Disappointing all around.

B- Dubs quality has fallen tremendously. The wings just taste okay ish. What got me is the carrots don’t even taste right. The service is just so slow. The bartender on 9/13/25 around 6:30 pm. Destiny is awesome, even though she was busy and trying to serve her customers she kept a great Attitude. For take out, the guy just was ready to just be off. I get it everything is getting expensive but corporate needs to know that they need quality food and staff. I rather make wings at home.
