At this point I’m convinced they’re running a sauce conservation program or something. Like… are they milking one bottle since 2020? Do they have to apply for sauce loans? I came for wings, not for emotional damage.
- AFAlexa FigueroaNov 1, 20251.0Went to eat here last night, with a group of friends. It was only six of us, and they had to sit us in the patio section. The hostess took us to our tables. Our waitress (don’t remember her name but she was dressed as harry potter) came to our table 20 minutes after being sat down and said “Are y’all ready?” mind you she hadn’t even taken our drink orders. So we go ahead an order and about 20 minutes later she brings 4/6 drinks, I had to ask for the other 2 drinks to which she says “what were they?” and took another 5 min to bring those. Our food did not come out until 1 hour of us ordering and it was cold. She rarely came to check on us and around midnight we were done waiting on her to come so one of us went to go ask for our checks and to go boxes and she was talking to 2 guys at the bar :) Our friends who were paying cash left the cash with the check but people with card had no way of paying for the tab so we went to go look for her and she’s nowhere to be found. So we had to get cash from our friends. Terrible service from the beginning. A manager stresses out bc a server was leaving early. We thought it was going to be busy bc it was Halloween but the main dining area and the bar were both half empty most of the night. Safe to say we won’t be eating here again (we would dine here every Friday night).
