  Do not trust this establishment or the employees. A few years ago my phone was stolen by an employee. They used Cashapp to steal the money from a linked bank account. The bank account the money was transferred to? THE GENERAL MANAGER, Ryan McNeill's account. This location should be shut down entirely.

  Food lacked any sort of seasoning. Very bland. It was like the fries were allergic to salt. Service was wonderful.

  Amazing customer service from the late night bartenders! #Jamaica and #JerseyShore 😜 I'll definitely be going back to see them! Go try the Teremana Touchdown! Yummy! Round two: Another great experience in the books with Dane the best bartender!

  1. The place is dirty. Sweep the floors and have somone run into the bathroom! 2. Hire some staff and train them. Leaving the menus on the table is bad .......getting the order wrong is bad 3. Do not run out of forks? I dont get that, but using a knife to eat boneless wings was new. 4. Check your carbonation on soda. 5. Seasoning should be present on your dry wings. I got nothing out of your lemon pepper wings and wished I wpuld have orderd a sauced flavor instead.

  Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Returning Upon arrival, our family—including our 2-year-old daughter—was seen by two waiters who made eye contact with us but then immediately left the area without acknowledging or assisting us. After standing there confused, I approached a waitress who coldly informed me that we had to wait to be seated. The restaurant was clearly not busy, with only a few visible customers, so the delay made no sense. We waited patiently for 15 minutes, in full view of this waitress, who made no further effort to assist us. When we asked again to be seated or served, she approached aggressively and told us to seat ourselves. This directly contradicted what she initially said. To make matters worse, she insulted my mother-in-law during this interaction, which was witnessed by the shift manager. The manager came over, acknowledged what happened, and kindly offered to serve us personally. However, by then, the damage was done. The service, attitude, and complete disregard for basic hospitality had already shattered our trust in the establishment—especially compared to the excellent experiences we’ve had at other branches. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've ever had. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. We will not be returning.
