  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alexie was amazing! She just started, but she was super nice, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. Great service — we really enjoyed having her!

  Food was good, but service was terrible, definitely understaffed and our server kept disappearing even after I handed her my card to pay she left and was serving other tables. We had to speak to another server to remind her to bring my card back. The manager was interviewing 2 new employees on the table next to us... so unprofessional in my opinion...

  Excellent customer service from a young lady named Joanna! Everything was great..just needed a few more staff members… I felt so bad for their shortage which was clearly on the back of 1 individual. Management needs to do better! Even tho she was basically the only 1 handling the bar and service she did a phenomenal job and most of the patrons were patient and kind to her as we all watched how she did everything possible to serve us all. Thank you Joanna! Keep up the great work ethics along with that awesome smile and beautiful attitude. Kudos to you!

  My son and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodbridge to watch some Saturday college football, and we had a great time! The service from our waitress, Brittany, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, especially the wings, and the atmosphere was perfect for watching the games. With so many TVs, it was easy to catch all the action, and the place was clean with a really good vibe. Quick service, excellent customer care, and an all-around fun experience. Highly recommend!

  Horrible horrible horrible. They always mess up orders. They gave me boneless instead of traditional wings 5 days ago (I always give them another chance but no more). I called to get a refund and they put me on hold for 10 mins 3 times until I hung up. Finally talked to someone and she said they will refund my entire order and I’ll see it in a few days. Has not yet happened! Just a horrible location with horrible staff. I’m forever staying away and will be sharing my experience with everyone.
