  T ( the lady that took my order) is always helpful and polite. She is always hard at work when I come in to place my order. She’s the reason I’ve gave buffalos a second chance. Thank you Miss T.

  Me and my husband came to this restaurant this evening to get some food after a long day of traveling. Waitress was nice, order was taken in a reasonable time frame. Not sure what happened after our order was taken because we sat there for about 40 minutes with no explanation as to why our food was not coming out in a timely manner. We got up and left.

  The only thing consistent about this place is the bartender and she's bad. We've been in about 5 times since the remodel. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes the food is OK, sometimes the food is so overcooked I've had to send it back. There have been plenty of people in the B-Dub shirts walking around, so they look well staffed, but usually only one server, so customers are left waiting quite awhile for everything. The bartender is rarely behind the bar. And if she is, it's doing anything but helping patrons. One time she spent the whole time we were there taking to her friends sitting at the bar, another she only went to the bar when our server hunted her down after we waited 15 minutes for a beer. Today, she was stocking the cooler and we got our (overcooked food) 10 minutes before we got our almost room temperature beer because she left it sitting under the tap.
