When eating, the food tasted very odd, the sauce on the wings tasted very vinegary as if separating or something. Sauces I’ve had previously didn’t taste the same… I got a 20 piece boneless with four different sauces, pieces were either overly drenched with sauce or little to no sauce. My husband had gotten a few classic wings that the box was soggy there was so much sauce! Not his cup of tea I don’t blame him, having the right amount of sauce is crucial to wings! Great potion of BWWs fries which are the best! I think that was the best part of the meal unfortunately not the best experience with the wings at this location for takeout. I may give it another shot for Glen Mills but it’s hard to compare when I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Downingtown location. Will see!

We’ve eaten here many times and while the food is ok, it never all comes out at the same time. So when we go out as a family some of us eat while the others are still waiting. This doesn’t happen anywhere else. Also, the wait staff should first ask if you are rewards member otherwise there is unnecessary back and forth to apply reward discounts after the bill is received.

Came here for the first time on a whim. It wasn't very crowded. The host/hostess was nowhere to be found. The volume of the tvs made it impossible to have any kind of conversation. We saw our waitress twice - when she took our order and when she gave us the bill (someone else brought our food). We will not be returning here.

Me and my husband went to this place last night, we drove like 20 minutes for wings but unfortunately, appetizer was ok but we ordered 20 wings, they were dry and cold. Nobody didn't check to see how was food. And wasn't fresh at all and i could just eat one and my husband maybe 4.👎
