  Cold wings that sat on the takeout rack after the staff left the pickup area unattended for 20 minutes. Big line of people formed backed up waiting for anyone to show up

  They gave me the wrong order two times and denied that they gave the wrong order and then after all the hassle of that they did not reimburse us for our time being wasted at all... Plus the Buffalo chicken dip was mid wasn't even worth the wait...

  We arrived and were waiting by the entrance for roughly 10 minutes, some workers saw us standing and did not attend us. Take this feed back seriously as we do not want to see this location go downhill if this behavior from the workers continues.

  I am at this location multiple times a week. This store needs some serious attention starting with cleanliness and staff training. BWW’s concept and food is one of our favorites however this location needs some love from corporate. If you are in the Omaha area and ordering doordash or togo pick up I would highly recommend the ToGo location off of 24th St.

  SERVICE IS VERY SLOW! We came with a bigger table 8 adults and 6 kids so we knew it was going to take longer for food. So we ordered kids their food as soon as we sat and it took an hour and 30 mins to get their food and 2 kids didnt get their food for 2 hours! Only half the adults got their food which was delivered 1 at a time and 15 mins apart so no one could eat together. The other half of adults cancelled their order because after 2 hours the waiter said he forgot/lost their order! The worst part was 4 kids got their food and the other 2 were watching the rest eat when asked why the kids didn't get their wings yet. The excuse was it takes longer for the kids order ( the kids get 6 plain wings a piece)! Highly recommend not to go here!
