  Absolutely shit. Went on Saturday night. Clueless wait staff. Waited over an hour and a half for 2 burgers that were cold. Last $150 I ever spend at BWW. Total shit.

  if you're ordering to go, make sure to be there 15 minutes after your set time. Also double check your order because more than likely you'll have items missing.

  The absolute worst place to get help from employees when you walk in. I waited 10 minutes past pick up time for take out before someone asked me if I’d been helped. Then it was another 5 minutes before I received the food.

  Undefeated when it comes to the slowest restaurant in Ankeny. I'm a dasher and customer, no matter how busy or slow, your to go orders will be 10-25 minutes later than the pickup time. There have also been multiple occasions when I'm dashing waiting in the place and for a good 8 minutes not a single employee is on the floor at all. No one ever asked me what I'm waiting on, they will just continually walk by you. After 10 minutes I always have to approach someone to see if anyone is even working on to go orders. Eating in is just as slow and no service once served, can't even get a refill without chasing someone down. Can't believe people keep spending there money here.

  I never really leave reviews. Specially for Buffalo Wild Wings as their service is not usually memorable. However, that was not the case for this location. The moment we walked in, Jose (the host) made us feel comfortable and made us laugh. He happily showed us to our table where we were served by Drake. Drake is the sweetest server we have ever had!! He was so attentive and was making sure everything exceeded our expectations. I even talked to the manager about how good everything was (I didn’t get his name but he was also kind). I love Buffalo Wild Wings and this location has the best food and service there is!!! They set the bar high for other places!
