  It took almost an hour to receive our food after ordering. Waitress was not good about getting refills, someone else who worked there noticed all our drinks were empty and brought us more. By the time that we received or food it was room temp and the fries tasted stale like they’ve been sitting out all day, and we didn’t get napkins or forks until we requested them. My husband didn’t get his food until the rest of us were almost done eating. They comped our appetizer 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Edit again. - someone came over and changed the hockey game on. I guess they need to work out the kinks. Still new. second time here and I was just told they do not have the ability to put NHL games on any of their TV’s. I guess I won’t be coming here anymore. I’ve never seen or heard of this at any Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Zero hockey on any of their tvs. What? lol Chicken wings were good. Sandwich is always good. Wedges were like putting charcoal in your mouth. Zero Potatoe. Just crisps

  We sat outside on a beautiful afternoon. Our waitress literally knew nothing about the menu or the beer choices. We ordered our beer and waited over 10 mins. Finally they appeared. 15 mins later our dinner came. DO NOT order the crispy chicken salad. It was so disappointing I didn't eat it. All it was, was a bag of generic lettuce from the store with 3 strips of chicken threw on top. No salad dressing at all. Blue cheese crumbles on the side and some random sauce. Growing pains here are real. Beware!

  I ordered a sampler platter as my meal, family ordered regular entrees. After an hour my sampler platter was delivered to our table as an appetizer for the whole table, and was cold. Beer cheese looked like it's sat under a warmer that whole hour, was dark, hard, congealed just nasty. Sent it back when the waiter finally stopped by 5 minutes later. The rest of my families food didn't come for another half hour. My son's burger was subpar. It wasn't overly busy and lots of staff running around but none looked/acted like managers. We had no explanation for long wait. Had to ask for napkins and forks even after our food was delivered. Definitely won't be going back to this location anytime soon. It's newly opened but definitely shows lack of management. I don't blame our server he was obviously new to waiting but no oversight or management of any kind. Super sad and disappointed!

  Waited an hour for a drink. Another half hour for food. Mgr came over and said “We’ve been busy what do you want me to do about it?” I said how about some empathy. Food was cold and on the wrong checks. Was charged for a beer that they said they were out of and never recd. 2 hours for greasy food and wrongly cooked items. I will wait until the “Under New Management” sign goes up to return.
