Do I have to pre pay for services?
Payment for services is not required in advance. We bill our clients after the treatment has been completed.
Do I have to be home to receive services?
Your presence is not necessary during service. We operate on an automatic scheduling system. Following the treatment, we will leave a notice detailing the services performed and any specific instructions. Additionally, you will receive email notifications before and after the service. The post-service email will include a list of products used, recommendations for your lawn, and a link to your invoice.
When can I cut my lawn following a services?
Generally, you can mow your lawn within 24 hours after treatment. This allows sufficient time for the products to penetrate the soil and grass.
How frequent are my services?
Our services are typically performed at intervals of 5 to 7 weeks.
My yard was just treated for weed control, how long before the weeds are gone?
Weed elimination begins within 24 hours of treatment, but complete eradication may take up to several weeks. We advise against pulling weeds after treatment, as this can interrupt the process and lead to weed regrowth.
