- AMAnne McMasterOct 23, 20255.0A few hiccups ie informed that the material I chose was pilling and therefore had to change my first choice (better to know this beforehand) and then the rods didn’t arrive by the original installation date. But having said that-the curtains have now been installed by two very professional, efficient and nice gentleman. They used lasers to ensure correct rod placements and steam to get rid of any wrinkles. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the service they delivered. Definitely 5 stars!

Received a call 2 1/2 weeks later and had them installed within two days. The installing technician took half the time I was told. Very polite and very professional. We love the motorized blinds! They are amazing. Thank you!
