- JMJennie MillerSep 30, 20251.0I've lived here for several years, the newer your Lease the more screwed you are. The Lot Rent goes up several times a year. The Tax Pass On and Trash Fees also go up on top of your Lot Rent. ELS owns Buccaneer Estates and many other trailer parks. Don't Rent or Buy from ELS because they are 💩💩The High Lot Rent ruins the equity of your home. Hurricane Ian destroyed many of the homes within this community that haven't been taken down yet which also ruins the equity of your home. Buccaneer Estates is infested with Rodents that is costing me money in extermination fees. Our front swimming pool is infested with Gnats. Our Fitness Center is small with outdated and broken equipment, and so much more

- JMJose Martinez MunozSep 8, 20251.0My wife and I recently rented a house in this community and we are disappointed with some problems that have been happening, first it supposed the house had ceiling fans at least in the primary bedroom and the living room and there were none, second the internet connectors were only ornaments because they didn't have the cables and last they gave us a promotional offer of two months free and the second month they charged us the rental payment with the consequences that we have the bank account in negative because of course, we weren't have enough money on it....
