- ATAjay Townsend4 days ago2.05 stars only for the atmosphere. Although we created our own... Positives big enough portions for the price. Food bland as could be. I'll bet the owners that I could put out better food than this chef here at the Columbus Ohio location @ 7:37pm 10.19.25 also I'm actually quite embarrassed that I convinced my lady to even accompany to this place. Im calling Gordon Ramsay first thing in the morning

We walked out hungry and late to our show. Manager was unable to offer anything for the inconvenience. We were 1 of 5 tables to walk out while I was there. We were a party of two lol. This place is overbooking their staff and kitchen. AWFUL service.

The food was really fantastic, and we got amazing table service from my waitress Sunshine! Thank you for an awesome birthday dinner! Remember, if you get seated at a table with the pope bust, the rule is that you can’t lie if the pope is facing you!
- JSJenifer SmithOct 10, 20253.0Visited for my first time a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner with family. It was not busy at all on a Monday evening. Maybe 3 tables had guests. There was no Pepsi or Dr Pepper available. The utensils at several of the seats were dirty and/or sticking to the napkins. I had to get a clean fork from a few settings down. One of the two stacks of plates prepped in the center of the table were dirty. We were brought clean ones by the server. For the price of the food, I expected more. Aside from the lack of cleanliness, the food was incredible!! I’m truly not much of an Italian food fan, but that chicken carbonara was delicious. Their garlic bread and brussel sprouts were quite tasty too! The lasagna was mid, but I don’t really care for lasagna in general, so maybe you’d enjoy it more than I did.
- PRPriya RavalOct 5, 20251.0if i could give zero stars i would. awful experience. we didn’t get sat until 20 min after our reservation. once we were sat, no one came to start serving us, we had to flag someone down and asked them who are server was, she didn’t know and said she could just do it. we were ready to order everything so we gave her our order. after it’s been 10 min and we hadn’t even gotten our water. drinks didn’t come out until the food did and it was only half the drinks we ordered. the rest came later. the table behind us has not been cleaned up the entire time we were there. the plates we got were dirty. we had to send them back to get new ones. after that i didn’t even have the appetite to eat anymore as i lost trust for all the dishware and silverware. garlic bread tasted like dirty dish washer. overall horrible experience. will never be back.
