  Bryers did a great job on our septic , the workers were very nice and polite and worked very efficient I was impressed with the whole scenario the way the put in the septic and the final clean up they left my yard nice and clean

  HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! - LEARNED OUR LESSON THE HARD WAY They never answer the phone. If you do manage to get a call back they do not show up on the agreed day or time. Even had them leave before the job was done and never return . One of the workers kept wanting to come out and do it on the side without the owner knowing and pocket the money but he never showed. Took us 3 -4 weeks to get in touch with them again and still did not call or show up when he stated he would after having a heated conversation. This all started in July and its now September and job is still not done. They are all for working out of town doing paving rather than septic pumping like the community needs. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to have a company come out that actually wants to work.

  They didn't do anything. No call back nothing. I don't think this guy wants to do business.

  They did a wonderful job installing my new system. But several years later someone ran over my septic tank and busted one of the tops. Of course I called them to come see if they could fix it. I was told they would be out in a few days. After waiting over a week I called to see if they had me scheduled. I was then yelled at and told that they would get to it and I didn't need to call back. I didn't call back and they never showed up. Now I need another system. They would be the obvious choice but I still have a busted tank years later. I need to have a company who supports their systems. Any suggestions for Fritch? Or do I take my chances.

  They always do a good job. I left a message one evening and they came the next day.
