I have banked with Bryant Bank for many years. I love that they know me and help me when needed. It is a personal bank like old times. Highly recommend

This review is not for the Bank itself but rather an employee Mrs Audrey. My mom called to have checks printed and apparently that task was not attempted before we arrived to pick them up, Mrs Audrey instead of dismissing us along with the other tellers, stepped up and helped correct the situation. The bank itself was not a 5 star experience but Mrs Audrey made sure our experience worked out, so we really appreciated her customer service when the company's character overall was lacking.

During the COVID-19 hysteria, I needed to open a business checking account. I was aware this was not exactly the most opportune moment to do so, but I decided to call around and find a bank & branch where this would be possible. I spoke with Parker on the phone at Bryant Bank in Mountain Brook. He said that while he was not the individual at the branch responsible for opening accounts, he could put me in contact with the person and told me that they could open the account through the teller window at the drive thru. That sounded good to me, so I sent him an email with all of the documentation that he requested to get the ball rolling. The email contained a great deal of personal security and financial information related to myself and my new business. I also informed him that I would be out of town for business and would finalize everything when I got back. That was the last time I was ever able to reach Parker. After I returned to Birmingham, I called three separate times to try to finalize the account - twice to his direct line, where I got his voicemail, and once to the branch itself where I was told he was busy and would call me back. It has now been over a month since this happened. I never received a call back. I never received another email. No one at Bryant Bank even attempted to contact me by any means at all. This is a little concerning considering that they obtained all of my private information. Ultimately, I found another local bank that let me open an account in branch.
