I lost a family home in the North Complex fire in Berry Creek. My Daughter and I were so devastated. Bruce was very helpful calling me and reassuring me. State Farm assigned me Brian Gibson to evaluate my dwelling, I meet him at my property and he was so professional and helpful, he explained the procedure to me, as I had never gone through anything like this before. After he finished the job he called me and said I could call him anytime if I had questions. Brian really knows his job and very compassionate, and valuable asset to State Farm Ins. With the personal items lost, I had about 6 different Adjusters they were not State Farm Employees, but were contracted to work for State Farm. The first 4 I had gave me wrong information, did not know the policies how to list the items etc and it got so difficult for me, I turned it over to my Daughter to deal with and luckily the last 2 adjustors were great!
State Farm Ins is definitely one of the best!
