  When a new air conditioner is installed, we can't predict how a company will go to bat for us when problems arise in the warranty period. When one after another function failed including the compressor on my fairly new system, Browning heating and air advocated with the manufacturer and negotiated a brand new system. Browning heating and air didn't charge for the removal and re-installation partly due to labor costs already accrued from previous repairs, but mainly to their generosity. Mr. Browning said he wanted a customer for life and he got one.

  Excellent company professional technicians specifically Tony great personal interaction with my family and myself very knowledgeable. Person caring and hard-working was a pleasure to to have this company service my air conditioner.

  Browning was able to diagnose and repair my mutizone system after two companies told me that I needed to replace the entire system (1 of 4 zones was inoperative). A third expert told me that Browning was the only company in the area that could fix a 17 year old Daikin mutizone system. Browning ordered the part, and had the system up and running in a week. Their technicians were polite and knowledgeable.

  Browning saved the day. The AC panel was not displaying at my parent's house. We had an unfortunate family event and with the recent hot weather we needed to make sure that the house AC was working. They came very quickly, and Mark was able to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. Browning has been servicing their home for several years and we are glad to partner with them.
