  Jake Brown, the apparent owner, of this company called one of our nicest & sweetest employees this morning, blasting her with threats. He even threatened to pull work out of an operational school, which would only hurt the children and school staff, who have nothing to do with his problem. If he had called nicely, he would've probably received payment in the next 7 days. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to know how to be nice. Instead, he ranted and constantly told us how to run our business, which has been in operation since 1978. The General Contractor has now informed me he plans to pay Jake directly, which should've happened in March. I would still agree to pay him if the GC doesn't pay him by the end of August, but he'll need to let me know if the GC hasn't paid by then, I'll confirm with the GC, and then I'll send him a check. However, the fact that he has now written a bad review on our company's web site doesn't help his case, so be careful doing business with this company because his methods seem rather unprofessional.

  My company has used Brown's for several years now and will continue to do so. Incredibly responsive and always lets us know what our options are from a service and price standpoint. Definitely a reliable company that I highly recommend!

  Excellent service every time we work with these guys. Knowledgeable technicians and realistic pricing. I highly recommend them for anything HVAC related.
