Vince, our project manager, was great with the planning process by giving us advice and options on what to look for in a pool. He was patient and very knowledgeable in what would work with our particular landscape. Vince definitely helped in seeing what we could only imagine! The crew, Fernando and his team, were great each day they worked. If I had a question, they answered. Once they were finished for each workday, they cleaned up and discarded any debris or trash. I truly recommend Brown's Pool in Douglasville. Ask for Vince!

From Vince leading the project, Dale making sure the deck is right, John running electrical, Priscilla running the office, and Anthony at Dallas location giving you guidance on pool chemistry, it’s a class act. All good humans and great work product on our new pool. From start to punch out, the communication was great and the work product was perfection. Look, when a project requires digging a giant hole in your back yard, issues are going to come up. Vince and his team were in constant communication and made me feel at ease as they got the job done. If you want an average pool build, then use someone else. If you want the best, choose Brown’s.

The last time they came, it was only after multiple calls and speaking with Caroline — they only showed up because I publicly complained on Facebook. It feels like we’re asking them for a favor instead of hiring a company. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend them.

We replaced our 1980s liner, added grey travertine tile (absolutely gorgeous), new steps (goodbye plastic steps) and resurfaced our cooling deck. His crews were respectful of our property throughout the whole process. A+ and highly reccommend. Do not look at other companies, Brandon with Browns Pools is your guy!!!!
