I walked in not knowing what to expect but was greeted by a professional group of people. Immediately was assisted by Caleb. He’s very mild but knowledgeable! My first test, needed more focus on protection. I did exactly what was suggested and now every Friday I go in and get my water tested. My pool is at it’s best since I’ve been a pool owner 2020. I recommend Brown’s pool for all your needs!

The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Melissa, the manager, deserves a special shoutout for her friendly demeanor and expert advice. There’s also a young man on staff—he’s a psychology major whose name I can’t recall—but he’s incredibly sharp and has gone out of his way to help me more than once. Thanks to their product recommendations and guidance, I now use fewer chemicals and make fewer adjustments to my water overall, which has saved me both time and money. Every sample I have taken to this location they had insisted we needed more chemicals which in turn ruined my Pool's pH. The staff is ignorant to their profession, and completely incompetent with zero accountability to their mistakes. Literally turned our clear pool into milk with over treatment because they input the wrong pool dimensions. Find anyone else to help you.
