  I have been very impressed with the services from Brown Exterminating. We live across the street from some fields and had a couple of curious mice find their way into our home. They were able to come out the next day I called and put all of my worries to rest! Chris was very thorough with his inspection and completely took care of the mice problem. He even took the time to walk around my property with me and show many any potential ways the mice could enter my home so I could take care of that. It has been 3 weeks and no signs of them! In the same visit he was able to also spray for insect control and repelling. I was very impressed with how thorough he was with the whole service and took his time to make sure all of our needs were met and taken care of. I’ve used other pest control companies in the past for basic maintenance needs and they do not compare to the quality and care this company provides. I will be using Brown Exterminating for all of our future pest control needs!

  We have used Brown extermination for over ten years in 2 different homes after trying others with fancy ads but poor quality. Brown has Been top notch in everything that they did and I would recommend them to anyone. Their technicians have been very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and got the job done every time. Thanks to you Browns, no more termites, you deserve the best.

  We have used the company for several years for termite inspection of house and a coiple outbuildings. No longer. The tech came today and insisted they only inspected house once (not true, every other year the other techs put on coveralls and crawled underneath) and it wan’t covered in contract. Instead, he only inspected two small outbuildings. Let us know a new price if that is issue, but the lies are not acceptable business practice. We are now former customers.

  I highly recommend Brown exterminating! My older mother broke down in their parking lot today and they came out after closing and helped her figure out what was going on with her car. Went and got the part and put it on for her. I haven't utilized their exterminating services as of yet but I can speak on their character and willingness to help my mom. God bless u all! If I ever do have a pest control issue then u will b my first call. Thank u for all u do!
