  Brower Mechanical acquired our previous HVAC company and this was their first visit to service our furnance. The HVAC Tecnician Casey did a very good job explaining each of the furnance components he would test and was also good at communicating the results. I asked a number of questions about the HVAC system and he gave me thoughtful sincere responses. He presented Brower Mechanical service plans in a professional manner and I opted for their signature plan which offer twice yearly visits and a load of other perks at a reasonable price. At 74 years old I feel more confident that our risks with our 7 year old HVAC system heating and cooling and makes us feel we will have less problems in dead of winter and summer.

  Had a glitch in my Bower AC system and called for help and as fast as could be their tech Ryan W was here to check out the trouble & help me out with the ecobee smart thermostat, which is awesome! Ryan also gave me some info and other things I can do with the ecobee :) Thank you Bower & co. You have been great ! I want to Thank Ja Nean too who takes all the phone calls she has been great to me ! 💐

  The water heater pilot light would not stay lit, thus no hot water. Mark evaluated the issue & recommended a new gas valve & new expansion tank. When Mark left, He had the pilot light working & water heating. The evaluation payment was $29.00, but the system work is estimated to date to in the $1,400.00 range.

  My Technician Derrick was very nice educational and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between all the HVAC systems and why we need to replace the whole system. I felt comfortable and trust Derrick’s decision. We love Bower Mechanical and all their staff. Thank you 🤩 Excited to get our new system installed by Derrick.

  Pete Talamoni came out to service our furnace. He gave us a big heads up on when he’d be here, showed up on time, was very kind and personable, and was extremely honest with us regarding the condition of our furnace. He has been with the company for 20 years, and is still extremely patient, educational, and kind. He was also extremely efficient in getting our furnace inspected. I hope we can continue to have him service our home.
