  I've been here about four years. Officer manager Scott is very helpful and friendly. maintenance has been kept up ,they are doing renovations on all apartments..I'm in a renovated model and love it . Love the black and white cabinets and black appliances.Im also excited about the new dog park and picnic area and fitness area..Bugs are bugs everyone has them and they spray often but it is an older building.. Neighbors are friendly and I love our huge tree in the center of the property..

  I've been here almost one month and I don't like it seems like it's alot of drug users here older you can hear threw floors banging all night literally folks don't sleep here they are up all night I'll be moving when it's my time also nothing is wat it seems inside updated places only things new are kitchen area paint is old cracks every roaches cracks in window doors letting bugs always walk right the air machine inside apartment were filthy I had to clean out to get some what good air quality i just don't like it

  I tried to get an apartment these people are very un professional didn't tell me everything I needed to know like they have a 48 hour turn around time after they run your application and tell you what your deposit is to get them the deposit that don't make any sense cuz how and I supposed to get 1275 in two days I don't sell crack.
