  We have been a BPOS Family since September 2023 and couldn't be happier. During our first tour with Carmelo Piazza, we immediately knew BPOS was a special place. Over the last couple years, we've had the privilege of watching our son flourish in his classrooms (both PK2 and PK3). Every aspect of the BPOS approach is intentional and well executed. The foundation of a science and math based education during these formative years is incredible. It is such a joy to see our son apply lessons he's learning in the classroom to real life scenarios and get excited to talk about them at home. The BPOS approach to teaching is a rewarding philosophy and makes learning fun for children. We were immediately impressed with the integration of specialists (physical movement, foreign language, dance/music) at such a young age. This programming makes every day exciting for our son and his classmates and we love asking questions about each class. The faculty support and administrative staff is also truly remarkable. Since Day 1, we've felt supported and heard. I can't say enough about all the wonderful things they do for BPOS families. They encourage us to be involved, collaborative and forward with our thoughts and questions. The BPOS faculty leverages the BrightWheel app which makes communication and awareness on a daily basis seamless. Parent involvement is celebrated and the teachers take their responsibilities as educational navigators seriously. They spark joy, encourage creativity and support children throughout their development. Every single staff member at BPOS is kind, welcoming, warm and wonderful to work with. It makes being a parent there so easy. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Every aspect of the BPOS approach is phenomenal and we've already signed our younger son up for their 2's program this Fall 2025. Thank you to everyone at BPOS for their tremendous care in all that they do to make children, parents and families feel like a special member of the community. Thank you Carmelo & BPOS!!!

  We spent a wonderful five years as part of the BPOS family, with both our kids attending through pre-K. There was not one day our kids were sad to leave us at their classroom- every day they were happy and excited to learn and see their teachers and friends. We always felt confident in their safety and educational/social experience there. Every single teacher and staff member is warm, caring and knowledgeable. I remember how lucky I felt when my oldest was accepted there, and how sad I was when our time was over with our youngest’s pre-k graduation. What a special place, and how lucky we were to be part of the BPOS community.

  You can tell just by walking into the school the amount of investment that goes back into making it a really fun environment for the kiddos. I went on other school tours but BPOS had a different energy that other schools lacked. Kids ran up to the director as he gave tour because they were so excited to see him. And he gives the tour with a lot of passion. The greetings every morning are warm, the curriculum is stem focused and fun. It’s so impressive what they are able to teach to such young children at this school. Family is a big focus at this school, and I feel part of the community just as much as my little scientist is!

  Carmelo is magic. He uses science as language to decipher nature around us and bring it down to preschool kids’ level to understand, relate to, enjoy and utilize in every day life. M*A*G*I*C. Especially for urban kids.

  Great school for 3 and 4 years old. My daughter had an amazing time here: teachers are talented and offer a large variety of activities to keep kids interested in learning.
