Upon entering we started to chat with Jeremy, who was VERY patient and thorough in walking us through all the couch options. We saw 4 different couches and talked about a ton of the material options, throughout this the service and support we received was exceptional. Between that and the black friday deal, it made the purchase a no brainer. Jeremy was the perfect balance of sales-y, giving us his card when we asked if we could give him a ring once we'd settled on a material. Looking forward to our couch!

She took the time to understand our style and needs, and never once pushed us to make a decision before we were ready (they sell really nice stuff!) Agnes curated a selection of pieces that all worked beautifully together, and we ended up getting a sofa, a chair, bar stools, and a sideboard — all of which we love. The delivery process was incredibly smooth and seamless from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!
