Nyasha gave a great tour and experience coming to Brook Hill Townhouses. Paper works and processes were all smooth and had no issues. Kendall is helpful and provided great experience when I was moving stuff in during the weekend. Lastly, I have been living here as a college student at NC State for the past few days after moving. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and provides the essential. The apartment while feels old, they are stable and functional. If you are looking for an apartment that is affordable, provides the essential and a quiet neighborhood then this is the place.

And it was amazing he was fluent in Spanish and able to explain things perfectly to my partner. Fingers crossed we get approved to live in such an amazing area. Definitely recommend you visit.

The homes are very functional and well-designed. The pool and playground are clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a peaceful and quiet community. Highly recommended! Thank you Kendall!
