  Great experience purchasing watched or jewelry. Ben is gracious and straightforward. The store is very nicely set up. Truly a special experience and exciting, when you go get that piece to celebrate something. Highly recommend.

  Have bought several items from them and even had some pieces I've bought elsewhere repaired. Extraordinary service and great customer service. The family that owns Brockhaus is incredible. They even designed a piece for my wife's birthday, she was more than satisfied! Would buy from them again, and again. Highly recommend 15 on a scale of 10!!

  I purchased a watch from the great folks at Brockhaus and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I stop in often to see what's new and what's available and usually have great conversations about timepieces as the owner and some of the staff truly love watches and are collectors themselves. Highly recommended.
