  Excellent experience at Brockhaus Jewelry as always. John Brockhaus is my expert on Rolex and I wouldn't take my watch anywhere else. Their new store in Norman's University North Park is inviting and nothing short of elegant. Stepping in and seeing their wide variety of inventory is a treat. All employees are friendly and helpful making it a pleasure anytime I visit.

  We have known the Brockhaus for years. We are not big customers, but have bought items from them from time to time. This is what is great. Even though we aren't "big customers" they treat us as if we are. They are super friendly, very helpful, not at all pushy and are just very fine people. The residents of Norman are fortunate to have them in our town.

  I can not thank Brockhaus Jewelry enough for how they conduct business. Upon going to at least a dozen stores in the OKC metro, I left Brockhaus last. I guess the saying of "Save the best for last" is really true. We teamed up with Bailey, who is simply amazing. Upon selecting an engagement ring and having a CAD I came to make a deposit to start the creation. Little did Bailey know there was going to be a last minute change and a brand new style. She was truly patient, attentive, and allowed us to make our design request. Most places were pushy, wouldnt listen, and definitely didnt feel inviting. This family business makes you feel special every step of the way. When we got our second CAD we took our time deciding between the two. Surprisingly they didnt push us to make an immediate selection to jist get a sale. When we were ready they were ready. At the end of the day we got exactly what we wanted and they made this entire journey feel amazing. We can not thank the Brockhaus team and especially Bailey enough! Bailey, hank you for the patience, professionalism, knowledge, and the fact you made us feel welcomed. To the owner: thank you for your personal text message. This drove home the family values and being treated as one. We have found our "home" and will never shop anywhere else.

  I have visited many Rolex authorized dealers around the world and the Brockhaus Rolex boutique in Norman OK is by far one of the nicest I have visited. They have an unbelievable showcase of not only new Rolexes but vintage models and memorabilia. They also have an unbelievable selection of high end jewelry. Ben Graham from the Brockhaus team spent a ton of time showing me the different models, talking shop, and making me feel welcome. Ben even followed up to check in with me several months after visiting. I highly recommend Brockhaus!
