Carpets got messed up and apartment complex called this company to get them clean up. 1st appointment they totally flaked out on us, and didn't even bother to call to say sorry can't come. Appartment complex office had to call a bunch of times and leave voice messages till they got an answer back around closing time. 3rd appointment supposed to happen today (in the morning) to install new carpet and padding in my 9 month old's room. No sign of them and no news.
