Really great living here. Great apt. Grounds kept nice. Excellent maintenance. Responsible management. Who could ask for more?

I recently moved to this apartment complex and I’m going to be moving out. It’s ridiculous. How many speed bumps they have in this apartment complex there’s no reason or need for that many speed bumps. It’s terrible.

A great apartment complex! Definitely recommend living here! They also have great incentives for families looking to buy a house with them through their renter's rewards program.

My wife and I visited the property to hopefully view their 2 bedroom apartments. When we walked in it seemed as though they were irritated that we interrupted an “Important” conversation. They did not take a breath to greet us, leaving us to announce our presence. However, my wife in a uplifting tone greeted them and provided our names and what we were there to see. The young lady at the desk to the left told us to have a seat outside in the lobby and she would see if there was some availability. As we waited in the lobby we could hear them laughing and joking and continuing the conversation that we obviously interrupted. We sat there for 5 minutes hoping that someone would greet us, and advise us on what to do. They continued to talk and laugh as if we were not there. I would say that it was the color of my skin that caused them to be rude, but that’s just too easy. I’ll say that it was the lack of customer service, and the two young ladies obviously do not get a chance to converse so they had to finish that “Important conversation.” Oh, I almost forgot the buildings needed to be pressure washed. I hope you ladies finished that very important conversation, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to ever visit your location. Have a wonderful day.
