  Excellent facility and staff! I always feel confident that my clients will receive great care at Broad Creek Care Center. Erin in admissions is always so helpful and the healthcare team is caring and knowledgeable.

  My mother was well cared for by the staff at Broad Creek. She needed above average care due to her blindness and people attended to her with cheerful attitudes and in a professional manner.

  My husband was a resident at BCCC for almost 2 years, and each and every one of those days the staff showed such compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for him. He was so happy at BCCC, and he considered it "home". I, too, thought of everyone at BC as family, and it was always a pleasure to arrive and be greeted warmly by the receptionists and any staff member who I might encounter in the lobby or halls. My husband was in both skilled nursing and assisted living, and the attention to his needs was always superb. And, anytime a nurse needed to call me, including the morning he died, they were professional and full of empathy. Broad Creek Care Center is a very special place, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care my husband received there. Nancy Springborn

  My grandma was put here when she was moved from her house, and is back again after some health issues. Seems like they treat her well. She complains but she complains about everything, but haven't seen any signs of malpractice or abuse here.
