Brixx is awesome! Their pizzas are flavorful and delicious. Crust is light and good! Fav pizza is the 4x4, noteworthy is their spin on the Hawaiian. Love their wings too! In addition, they have provided stellar service and quality on large catering orders for us! Thank you for going above and beyond! -Ray Ray 2020 Builders

I recently visited Brixx to understand they have new ownership. I was received with hostile and uninvited remarks when asking where my normal management and bartenders were. Management was angry, aggressive and inhospitable to myself and guest. I even passed on the BOGO pizza due to this treatment. I will not be back!!!

Great spot for casual dining with tasty wood-fired pizzas and a solid craft beer list. Mila was an excellent server — upbeat and cheerful! Fun atmosphere. Overall, a reliable choice for relaxed pizza and drinks in Asheville.

While staying at the Hilton across the street, I spotted a wood-fired pizza place and couldn’t resist trying it. I ordered a classic Margherita, expecting something simple yet satisfying. Unfortunately, what arrived was anything but. The pizza looked pale and undercooked, with a texture more reminiscent of something microwaved than wood-fired. Instead of fresh mozzarella, it was topped with low-quality shredded cheese, and the expected cherry tomatoes were replaced with an overload of roma slices that soaked the already doughy crust. The pie was barely sliced, making it nearly impossible to pull apart without losing all the toppings in the process. To make matters worse, the bottom of the pizza was coated in oven black dust—gritty and unpleasant, like biting into sand. It was the only crunch the pizza had to offer. Deeply disappointed that a place advertising wood-fired pizza would serve something so poorly executed. Definitely not worth the visit.

walked in was very slow only ordered pizza 3 not a big deal so we thought over 45 min to get just two of the three to come out Waiter needed to apologize numerous times then what I may assume was the hostess/manager decided she wanted to have an attitude and said we were only there for 20 minutes. I wish I was on her clock because she ruined my whole afternoon with my family. My wife never got to eat. I couldn’t believe it audacity on that woman I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pizza comes out. It’s not even crispy. It’s floppy and doughy. They even forgot to cut the whole pizza. What a disaster definitely would not recommend if visiting in the area.
